Who makes more money between nurses and engineers

Engineers of course. In the long term at least.
Perhaps in the short term nurses make more money but our profession rewards experience and with enough years of experience the rewards for an engineer are plenty.

What is the best advice you would give a young engineering student?

Study hard and be the best of the best in your class. Do not waste time doing unproductive activities. You will regret the binge drinking and the spring breaks. One thing you will not regret was working on a worthwhile project while your friends were out drinking. In this day of the internet, there is a lot you can do. Start blogging about college life, create a website for people to buy products.
Basically, never let a moment pass that you are not doing something productive and will benefit you in the future.

Does a low GPA automatically make one a potentially bad engineer?

I agree with Jack. Your GPA is not low at all, relatively speaking.  I hope though your GPA is not there because of not working hard. If you had to work through college or suffered a setback due to an unexpected circumstance, then if the question over comes up, you should just explain and any reasonable employer would understand.  Mine was a 3.04 and I could attribute the drop to my stressful family life during my senior year. My first employer understood this and gave me my first job.

Should I consider graduate school over a better job

Are you crazy? Don't even think about it. Just go to grad school and the money will always run after you. Run after money now, you will regret latter.

Who are the greatest engineers of all time

I think it would be nice to distinguish between civil, electrical and mechanical engineers.

I personally think engineers who were pioneers in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering are remarkable in the sense that they made if possible for the for the industrial revolution to occur. We all know that the industrial revolution allowed mankind to achieve insurmountable progress within relatively short time. Some of my favorites are:

Daniel Bernoulli
Francis Bacon
Gustave Eiffel
Seymour Cray

Which is bettter, MBA or masters in engineering

My thoughts on this are as follows, if you believe, based on your careers aspirations that one or the other will suite you better, then go for it. According to one MBA student from Georgia Tech, "the decision to pursue an MBA stemmed from a desire to tackle larger and more abstract strategic problems instead of the structured ‘engineering type’ problems" they were accustomed to.
As engineers, we have strong analytical capabilities that would be highly useful in the business world. Furthermore, most of what an MBA teaches you can be easily learned as you climb up the corporate ladder if you are a really good engineer.

So, consider your development trajectory and determine which program will propel you better.

Which one is better, an MBA in project management or a masters in engineering management

Let's look at each program individually:
1. MBA in project management
MBA degrees with a specialization in Project Management are useful in virtually every field of work and are equally important for people who wish to start their own businesses. Project Managers are not only responsible for efficiently managing materials, human resources and a high standard of quality, but also responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time within the estimated cost. Most of their work is done at construction sites on projects such as large hotels, stadiums, shopping malls, bridges and airports.

2. Master of Engineering Management
According to one online programs,  a Master of Engineering Management program combines the management principles of an MBA program with comprehensive, quantitative and analytical tools to prepare experienced technical professionals to solve the complex issues in today's technical and global companies.

While they appear similar, MBA in project management appear more versatile and easily applicable in any sector. The latter however is a highly specific programs with limited application outside the engineering sector.

What are the most common questions ask in a job interview for civil engineer?

I have interview a few engineers in my time and the following questions have helped me determine the type of engineer they are:

1. What motivates to excel
2. How will you know you have made the right choice
3. Why should I not hire you.
4. Tell me about your last job
5. What questions do you have for me

I would like to know who is presently the greatest software engineer in the world

I think the pioneers of computer science who created the initial programs should receive all the credit. I am talking about those who literally worked on programs which converted code into machine understandable zeros and ones.  Anybody else who came afterwards simply built on what was created by these people.
My favorite considering the above requirement are:
1. Alan Mathison Turing - He is often considered as the founder of computer science
2. Larry Wall - invented Perl Programming Language
3. John von Neumann - Credited with the idea of having a computer store its instructions (code) in the same memory as it stores its data
4. Ken Thompson -  invented the operating system Unix during his work at AT&T Bell Labs in 1970

Will you get accepted to a job better if you graduated from an Ivy League College

A little motivation for you.
If you look at the top "self-made" billionaires on Forbes' Richest Americans list, only one holds an Ivy League degree: Warren Buffett who has a masters of science from Columbia. Many others are [gasp!] college dropouts: Bill Gates (well, Harvard, but still a dropout); Microsoft's Paul Gardner Allen (Washington State dropout); Oracle's Larry Ellison (University of Illinois dropout), and Dell's Michael Dell (University of Texas dropout).

Studies comparing the lifetime earnings of Ivy Leaguers versus talented graduates of less prestigious universities say it is inconclusive whether an Ivy League degree offers a higher rate of return. Yet it would be ludicrous to say employers are not influenced by where a candidate went to school. An Ivy league degree certainly gives you an edge but in the long term it is all about your skills and abilities that determines how far you go.

Which type of interview is the most commonly used in engineering and why?

This depends on the position you are interviewing for of course and more importantly who is interviewing you (an engineer or a non-engineer). If an engineer is interviewing you for a managerial position, then the interview questions will be aimed at what your skills are and how they can be applied to enable the growth of the company.
For other types of positions, interviewers hardly ever have a script from which they are reading from but will implement a bi-directional type of interview where they allow you to discuss projects and technology and allow you to ask questions.
However, if you are interviewing with a non-engineer, then expect the worst.
